Are your treatments safe for pets and children?

Yes — our professional application methods are designed with safety in mind. There are no gases or toxic fumes, so you don’t need to leave the house. We just ask that treated areas are avoided until they’re dry or settled.

How do you treat ants?

We use a combination of targeted sprays, gels, and granules to reach ants where they live and breed — indoors and outdoors. This multi-method approach tackles the whole colony, not just the ants you can see.

Why is a follow-up important for ants?

Ant colonies can have multiple queens and hidden nests. A follow-up ensures any survivors or new hatchlings are treated before they can rebuild.

How do you treat cockroaches?

We carry out a thorough inspection to find hiding spots, then combine sprays, baits, and a flushing method to target roaches at all stages. This gets into the cracks, crevices, and appliance spaces where they live and breed.

Why is a follow-up important for cockroaches?

Cockroach eggs can survive initial treatment. The follow-up kills hatchlings before they mature — breaking the breeding cycle completely.

How do you treat a rodent problem?

We start with a detailed inspection to find signs of activity and entry points. We then use safe, tamper-proof bait stations placed strategically so only rodents can access them.

Do you offer any additional rodent services?

Yes — we offer optional add-on services that include sealing entry points (exclusion work) and ceiling cleaning/sanitising after infestations. Rodents have collapsible skeletons, which allows them to squeeze through tiny gaps, so while we block any we find, new ones can appear over time. Regular checks and maintenance help keep them out for good.

Which pests are included in a Multi-Insect Combo treatment?

This intensive service can target bedbugs, crickets, silverfish, ticks, fleas, wasps, and more in one visit — ideal if you have multiple pests at once.

How does the Multi-Insect Combo treatment work?

We use sprays, baits, and nest removal (for wasps) to tackle a wide range of pests in one service, saving you time and money.

Are bedbug treatments different?

Yes — bedbugs require an intensive vacuum and spray service, along with client cooperation. Bedding and linen should be washed in boiling water to kill eggs, and clutter reduced to limit hiding spots. Multiple visits may be needed for heavy infestations.

How do you treat termites?

We first assess the property to confirm the type of termite activity and measure the affected areas. Treatment often involves a drill-and-inject method, applying a specialised termiticide into soil or foundations to stop activity and protect structures.

How do you treat flies?

We use traps, targeted sprays, automatic aerosol dispensers, and baits for quick results. Long-term control also depends on your role in reducing attractants, which we’ll guide you through during service.

Will I still see pests after treatment?

In some cases, yes — especially in the first few days. Treatments often flush pests out of hiding before they die, so you may notice increased activity for a short time. This is a good sign the treatment is working.

Do I need to prepare before a treatment?

Yes — small actions like moving furniture, cleaning floors, and removing clutter help us treat more effectively. We’ll guide you through the exact steps for your specific pest problem.

How often should I have pest control done?

For recurring pest problems, we recommend seasonal treatments every 3 months. Results may last longer, but this depends on environmental factors such as climate, nearby activity, and property conditions.
